Revenue Handoff System purchase terms

Scope
Your purchase covers the setup and managed service expressly described for the selected workflow. STRYQ confirms the workflow owner, systems, approval boundaries, dependencies, and launch plan during kickoff. Material scope changes require written approval before additional work or charges.
Customer control
Your authorized team retains responsibility for prices, discounts, customer commitments, scopes, exceptions, safety decisions, financial actions, and final approvals. STRYQ does not make those decisions unless separately authorized in writing within an agreed control framework.
Fees and renewal
All displayed prices are in USD. The setup fee and first monthly service period are charged at checkout. Managed service renews monthly until cancelled. Third-party platform, API, messaging, migration, data, and usage charges are excluded unless expressly stated.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future monthly renewals before the next billing date. Amounts already paid cover work and service periods already initiated and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Implementation dependencies
Delivery timing depends on timely system access, accurate information, stakeholder availability, approvals, and third-party systems. STRYQ does not guarantee revenue, savings, conversion increases, or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Acceptable use
You must not use a STRYQ workflow for unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or unauthorized activity, or to bypass required human review.
